Division 1 of District 13 lies north of Seattle to the Canadian Border. Three hundred and forty men and women of the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary volunteer their time, experience, knowledge, and talents to assist the Coast Guard and educate the public to help make the waters of the Pacific Northwest safe.
